Order confirmations and tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. If you need help, email maria3044124755@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging included where applicable.

To start a return, contact support before sending anything back. Return instructions will be provided after the request is reviewed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, usually within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
